Vitamin C and the Common Cold

It always seems that we are more susceptible to colds
when the weather grows colder and vitamin C
has long thought to be one of the best prevention remedies.
Vitamin C and the common cold have always been closely
linked and we believe that taking it at the first sign of
a cold will speed up our recovery or may stop colds
developing at all, but does it really help as much as we think?Unfortunately research has shown this to be
wishful thinking. Much to our surprise, colds still attack
our bodies in spite of popping a few vitamin C...
